Technique matters more than the material
The same membrane can last 30 years or start leaking after two – it comes down to substrate preparation, laps and details. A material is only as good as the way it is laid.

Both are modified bitumens, but they behave differently – we choose by climate and roof.

How installation runs
Installation follows a strict order: a dry prepared substrate, primer, the first layer, the second layer offset so the laps do not coincide, and finally the details. At corners and edges we fix more densely, because the wind pressure is highest there.
Details – where most leaks begin
Parapets, outlets and penetrations – this is where the covering is folded and joined, so this is where the first leak most often appears. We give the details as much attention as the field.
Quality control and warranty
We control every stage: the dry substrate, the priming, the widths of the laps, the water-tightness of the details. Before the layers are closed we photograph the spots you will not see again. Those photos stay with you together with the warranty on our work.
