What the renovation service includes
Renovation is not just laying a new covering. We assess how many old layers there are, whether moisture has reached the insulation, whether the fall needs restoring – and only then propose a scope. It covers not only the covering but the details and documentation.

How a renovation runs

Renovating an old roof sometimes reveals hidden defects or moisture. In the contract we agree in advance what happens then – it is the unforeseen findings that most often lead to disputes when they were not discussed.
Quality control and warranty
Before the layers are closed we photograph what will no longer be visible – the vapour barrier, the direction of fall, the details. Those photos stay with you together with the warranty and documentation. That way a renovation is a reliable system for decades, not just a patch-over.
